Rosanne earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Muhlenberg College and a master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from Arcadia University. She worked as a genetic counselor for nearly 16 years, helping people understand and adapt to the medical, psychological, and familial implications of genetic contributions to disease.
Rosanne joined Hopscotch Adoptions in 2016, shortly after she and her husband adopted their daughter from Armenia. Currently, Rosanne supports Hopscotch in her capacity as a Hague Compliance Analyst and Waiting Child Profile Manager. Rosanne is the first to review incoming waiting child profiles and craft informative narrative and pictorial introductions to the pool of appropriate prospective waiting families.
Rosanne also is working with families at the end of their journey to ensure that each family is in strict compliance with post adoption reporting requirements and final state and USCIS documentation has been collected for the child’s permanent file as required by Hague and State regulations.
Rosanne further supports Hopscotch in conducting ongoing soft audits to maintain Hague compliance throughout the entire operations of Hopscotch.
Rosanne lives in suburban Philadelphia with her husband, daughter, two cats, and a dog. She loves good coffee, reading, baking, and cooking.
