Tonya has a Master’s Degree in International Management, has lived overseas working for international companies, and speaks two foreign languages. Tonya has assisted couples adopting in Ukraine for over 18 years and has helped over 1,000 Ukrainian children find their for ever families. At Hopscotch, Tonya is the Ukraine Program Manager and works with families to adopt children from Ukraine.

Separately from Hopscotch Adoptions, she is also the Executive Director, Adoption Services for a licensed home study agency, Options 4 Adoption headquartered in Georgia. Another passion of Tonya’s is assisting older children into families via hosting programs. Tonya entered the field of adoption when she and her husband, Mitch, adopted their daughter from Russia. After learning about the adoption process, she completed the adoption of their son from Ukraine. Tonya understands the emotional roller coaster that adopting parents are on, as well as the financial burden it places on a family. She lives in Marietta, Georgia.
